A world where our humanity is guided by intentional kindness - this is what I believe in. The kindness that is practiced even in the challenging moments.
Through my yoga journey, I have learned that being kind isn’t just about how we are to others; it’s about being kind to ourselves, too.
In 2016, I found a connection to yoga, finding peace in movement, and watching myself grow physically and mentally stronger.
In 2018, I received my 200-hour registered yoga teacher training.
Since then, I have taught local community classes, as well as integrated mindfulness and mindful movement exercises into global community initiatives.
At the end of the day, I’m a messy human who has grown a lot from leaning into the mind-body-spirit connection.
